Ashwagandha

The 'Indian Ginseng', ashwaghanda is a fabulous herb with multiple benefits that we are now using increasingly in place of Chinese ginseng, especially after finding this great organic extract KSM-66®.

Unlike other Ashwaghanda extracts that use primarily the leaves, KSM-66® is produced from 100% ashwaghanda roots in India though hot-water extraction and standardised to 5% withanolides (analogous to the ginsenosides in Chinese and American Ginseng).
