Calcium's importance to the body is well known but bio-availability of Calcium supplements is often poor.              
We therefore prefer to use this Liquid Calcium, which combines six sources of Calcium (carbonate, citrate,                                  gluconate, aspartate, malate, micronized hydroxyapatite) and three sources of Magnesium (oxide, aspartate, citrate)                  with synergistic nutrients:
