Magnesium is an often overlooked mineral but one that is vital to many functions of the body. 
Although several foods are good natural sources, including: leafy green vegetables, nuts, seeds and oily fish, supplementation is often desirable.
While oral absorbtion of many forms of magnesium is poor, Tri-Magnesium Citrate is highly bioavailable and gives good results in our experience.
